Dealtree Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Dealtree, we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund experience while maintaining the sustainability of our AI-powered services.

By purchasing any Dealtree plan, you agree to this refund policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase, and

  • Your account has not consumed any credits, or usage is minimal

Refund requests can be submitted by contacting our support team.

3. Credit-Based Usage and Partial Refunds

Dealtree operates on a credit-based system. Each feature (such as person lookup, buying committee mapping, action plan generation, and org sync) consumes credits.

If credits have been used:

  • Refunds will be partially issued based on unused credits

  • The refund amount will be calculated proportionally:

Refund Amount = Purchase Price × (Unused Credits ÷ Total Credits Purchased)

Example:

  • Purchased: $99 for 10,000 credits

  • Used: 1,000 credits (10%)

  • Refund: $99 × 90% = $89.10

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • A significant portion of credits has been consumed

  • There is evidence of abuse, misuse, or excessive usage followed by refund requests

  • The request is made after the 7-day refund window

  • The purchase was made under a special promotion, lifetime deal, or non-refundable offer (unless explicitly stated otherwise)

5. Subscription Plans

For subscription-based plans:

  • You may cancel at any time

  • Cancellation prevents future billing only

  • Refunds for the current billing cycle follow the same credit-based partial refund logic

6. Processing of Refunds

  • Refunds are processed via our payment provider, Polar

  • Approved refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days

  • Payment processing fees may be non-refundable

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • Your account may be suspended or terminated

  • You may lose access to all remaining credits and services

We strongly encourage contacting our support team before initiating disputes.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Continued use of Dealtree constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
